- be a fully integrated organisation that reflects the diversity of our country. The organisation will continuously review and implement necessary actions required to achieve the best possible rating level.
OWNERSHIP
An ownership scheme has been put into place, whereby employees who have the necessary attributes, will be given an opportunity to participate.
EMPOWERMENT
The organisation’s procurement policy has been successfully implemented. This policy will continue and be reviewed on a regular basis.
FUTURE GROWTH
We believe that, based on the above strategy, we can provide meaningful empowerment and improve our current B-BBEE rating of level 4.
